Welcome to THR33 Gems. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and THR33 GEMS GAME GYMS FITNESS INC (doing business as THR33 Gems), concerning your access to and use of the thr33gems.com website (including the Knovaconsult, Jetstreams, and THR33 Gems Foundation operating systems) as well as any other media form, related services, or software applications (collectively, the "Services").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services and Subscriptions

THR33 Gems provides AI infrastructure implementation, automated front-desk receptionist software (e.g., TalkWise, via the Knovaconsult system), lead-generation and security-audit tooling (via the Jetstreams system), and business-capital fundability programs (via the THR33 Gems Foundation). Our software and consulting services are billed either on a one-time basis (e.g., Strategy Audits) or via recurring monthly subscriptions. Subscription tiers and associated features are detailed on our website and during the checkout process.

3. Payment, Billing, and Cancellation

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your purchase or subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or via your billing portal.

4. SMS and Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from us regarding your service deployment, account status, and marketing updates. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP".

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. THR33 GEMS GAME GYMS FITNESS INC makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the reliability, accuracy, or profitability resulting from the use of our AI systems. In no event will THR33 GEMS GAME GYMS FITNESS INC be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
